New Cessna voltage regulator harness with 4 position flat automotive connector and over/low voltage warning indicator. Includes shielded 18 AWG M27500-18TE1T14 Tefzel wire and TYCO polyvinylidene fluoride shield terminations. "A" and "F" wires have TECHFLEX fiberglass sleeves positioned under 4 cylinders to help deflect heat . MS25171 boots are included for the filter and alternator "F" terminal. Alternator switch and indicator wires can be shipped unterminated when specified.

Want to update your old automotive style regulator? This harness replaces the flat connector used by Cessna with TYCO PIDG #6 ring terminals required by the R1224. Plane Power recommends deleting the RF filter typically below the original regulator, so the Enable wire connects straight to the alternator field switch (Split MASTER outboard side). All 18 AWG shielded wiring includes TYCO shield terminals.
It's important to understand the R1224B over voltage protection opens the field circuit breaker to shut off the regulator. Alternator Warning LAMP power must be sourced from a different breaker or in-line fuse. In-line fuse holders to consider are HHJ-A-R(10amp), 155020U(20amp) and HHJ-B-R(30amp).

My harness shields are daisy chained and terminate under the regulator mount bolt by the black pigtail.
